BEVERAGE LAB

Our beverage lab is really just a facility for research and development of new beverage ideas. We explore our local ingredients used in the menus and some grown onsite, and see what we can develop for our beverage program. The small batch lab uses a range of equipment that helps to experiment with taste, aroma and sensory experiences.

Our lunch and dinner menus have drink pairing options and we are proud that they are as creative as the food itself. We mainly serve cocktails, non alcoholic concoctions, and very creative, non-traditional ideas for our drinks.
