LAB SAUNA

We love fermentation and using koji across so many different applications, from miso to beverage recipes and more.

This dedicated series of saunas allow us to control temperature and humidity to not only inoculate koji from rice, but to experiment with tempe and many other ideas. We will also produce a range of packaged goods for home use that will be featured in the Concept Shop as part of our LabX range.
