Our R&D team is constantly experimenting with local ingredients to discover new tastes, techniques and, ultimately, recipes that will feature on the tasting menu and beverage menu at NXT.

Some of the breakthroughs in LabX might also make it into our range of food products sold in the Concept Shop.
